Bolt Nation

Today is the day that many NFL fans had been waiting for: the beginning of the season for their respective teams. Green Bay & New Orleans had already kicked off the season on Thursday night but today is when we get to see the excitement of the regular season in full effect with up to the minute updates and highlights of action around the league. Living in San Diego I can definitely feel Bolt Nation fever all around town, you can’t help but notice the conversation; personally I’m very excited about the season and quite optimistic about the Chargers chances at making a playoff run. Having said that, I don’t know any bigger fan than one of my colleagues at work; he’s an ~11 year season ticket holder and doesn’t miss a match. The above picture was taken a few minutes after the blackout on Thursday night, he was getting his gear ready and thats when the lights went out – no pun intended 🙂

Luckily for most of the county we got power back on early Friday morning. Since we got power that only meant that Rosey was ready for the season in style, this was taken Friday morning. Hopefully 2011 will be a memorable season for bolt nation.
