Weekly Photo Challenge: Mine

C300, Driver Seat, Mercedes, Mercedes Interior, Mine, Weekly Photo Challenge, postaday

Here is my entry for this week’s weekly photo Challenge, the driver’s seat of my car (Mercedes C300). I’ve been thinking about selling it for a while and I’m leaning heavily to do so by the end of the year… You see I got this car when I first moved out to California because as soon as you move south of the border car prices start to drop ~ 30% so a lot of cars become instantly affordable! Four years into my California experience I’m starting to think that this car is not for me, don’t get me wrong I love how it runs and how reliable it is but everything else that comes with it; is not me! Life has been really good to me, I don’t worry about making two ends meet but I haven’t forgotten my humble beginnings, wealth (and happiness) is about the life experiences we build not the material we own & display! I’m not sure how long I will own this car for, but for now its still “mine”…. πŸ™‚

  16. I test drove a few Mercedes, can’t recall if the C300 was one of them, and I really liked the cars, but in the end, I am a creature of habit. I bought the Lexus is350. I had had an Es before it, so at least i switched models, lol. I tested out the Lexus Hybrid, and I really wanted to love it, but the car felt so boxy and they just sucked the fun right out of it.

    • A very good friend of mine used to drive and IS300 and she loved it… I imagine the 350 is only better. And I couldn’t have described the hybrid any better than you πŸ™‚
